Very interesting read. Wouldn't have thought to put 2 and 2 together but it makes sense after reading it. Thanks for sharing

I just assumed that a go for it attitude at such a high level would naturally get more people killed but maybe its the "you are going to go for it even if you don't want to" attitude that's the problem.
