Every time I submit a post, a little red sign saying "edit post" appears above the post on the left. How do I get rid of that damn thing, or better yet, never have it appear in the first place? Thanks for any help on this.

logout and it will disappear.

Thanks, guys. On some previous posts I'd done the thing was there forever and it never occurred to me that I needed to log out after posting.

You don't NEED to log out... unless the little red links annoy you. Remember - only you see them.
