Start as per the Hinge heading right when you can reach the ledge holds.

The crux is keeping your head as you move right on sandy holds over the guardrail.

Location 

Just left of the stairs.

Protection 

Don't fall. You will either hit the stairs or the big rock that is either exposed or just under the sand at the base of Hinge.
