A beautiful little island with a dozen or so quality climbs. Getting there is half the fun. Views back to the mainland are great. Shade all day.

Getting There

From Phra Nang Beach, it's the obvious island about 150 yards out to sea. At low tide, you'll only be up to your knees or slightly higher. You can also grab a long-tail boat for a buck or two.

This climb alone made the barefoot wade across worth it. Do this climb at low tide, or you might miss having to figure out the crux....[more]   Browse More Classics in International

What's the access issue? I'd assume it has something to do with that exclusive resort that won't let you drink at their bar?

No access issue. Just scary looking bolts.
