Gunks: Trapps: Rap Station on GT Ledge above CCK removed?

Noticed Saturday the slings had been removed from the pine tree above P1 of CCK...is that in preparation of bolting, tree protection or something else?

It seems like the nearest rap is about 100' left around the corner above Moonlight now?

Middle Earth had two shiny bolts at the top with no hangers or chains on 7/17/2016. The cordalette with quicklinks off the tree was in good shape.
