Hi Gabi. If you are stranded without a partner it's worth a trip down tot he campground. There is usually a couple of long term people hanging around that might need a partner. just another option anyway

If you want to hit the gunks next month....

June 12-13 (Sunday and Monday). Who wants to go outside? It'll be myself and a partner. We are both not from NY so we'd like to hit a few of the moderate classics out there. We can stay at the New Paltz Hostel for cheap and cook most of our own food. We will have a car, two full racks and two ropes with us. We can go up in two teams of two. We would meet/leave from the upper east side early Sunday morning.

if anyone needs a partner for this weekend (memorial day) PM me - I'm looking to learn to lead trad, so happy to follow and learn through osmosis!
