Description

Great movement on great stone. Climb a fun right-facing corner to a small ledge. Now that the approach is over the real climbing starts. Climb the face to a horizontal weakness, then take the left line of bolts to the arete and gun it to the jugs.

Location

Central face of the Butterfly Wall. About 10 feet left of the huge Patio Boulder. The corner with green streaks above it.

Protection

10 bolts + rings

This climb has a very deceptive crux with some more obvious holds leading many to fail on the onsight. Once you unlock the sequence it is still a hard and rewarding climb.

This is a decent climb, but a total sandbag at 11c. Closer to 11d/12a. The placement of the bolts before and after the crux makes for a pretty gnarly fall potential as well.
