greece, march 6 -15

hi yall,

heading to greece on my own just to check it out (im living kind of nearby) and i'd love to add some climbing to the trip if i can find a partner. id be most psyched to climb in meteora but am open to other ideas...

im comfortable leading through 5.10, enjoy multipitches and trad the most. let me know! cheers :)

Though nearly no trad, Kalymnos is great if you're traveling solo and don't mind stellar limestone sport. Climbing is centered around the small town of Massouri where you can easily find pin-boards with postings for partners or go to climbkalymnos.com and search for belays there. Lots of single pitch moderates and up. Food and lodging's pretty cheap and for the best fresh local food and apartments go to Harry's Paradise harrys-paradise.gr/index.ph… though it's a bit out of town. Most climbers rent a 50cc scooter or simply walk to climbing. Bring an international drivers license or rent a mtn bike.
