Getting late in the season for GD... and still a month away. Top rope off trees and, unless you're learning to lead, leave the screws at home.

Anyway. Check back in three weeks for a condition report you might be disappointed. I'll be in Milwaukee on the 9th and might be available for something.

I will lead, just depends on who I'm climbing with, heh heh heh... Stuff there mixed or just ice? I've got everything, just not sure what to bring. Ice is still way in here in the daks, will be in for quite some time I'm sure... Hopefully it'll still be good. If it does get warm, I can bring my rock gear, I'm game for that too...

It's just ice. Nothing inspiring if your coming from the Daks. You did look at the MP pages for GD ice eh?

You'll just have to wait and see. That time of year is kind of a weird off season. Ice is melting but too muddy/wet to get out and rock climb. Hope it works out for you. Like I said, I should be around.

I'm stuck there training for a week, sooooo... Its gotta beat sitting in a hotel room eh? If there isn't much, I'll go solo some smaller stuff if I can find some, if not, it'll be nice just to check out that area. A day screwing off in the woods beats a day sitting in the city...
