Description

Just left of Aftermath lies a low roof with a finger crack. A block juts out just below the roof. After the roof, easier climbing leads to the top.

This route is basically boulder problem, as the difficulty eases significantly about 15' off the ground.

Protection

Normal rack, fingers for the route, hand/hand+ for the anchor.

As much as I hate to downgrade a 5.11 gear climb - mostly because I need all the gimmies I can get - calling this .11a at Jtree is a joke. There's also the added bonus of pointing out that Murf was wrong, which he was in this case.

Tom may be misunderstood, but he is never wrong.

Thanks Adam, I wouldn't say I'm never wrong, I just need a lot of edit's (ref to back in the day)! Geometry is an oddity, like Ginger's Crack , almost better graded as a boulder problem.

In my experience Murf is usually incorrect.
