| My partner and I are heading down to the Cordon Graníto of Chile in December for a month long expedition. Like typical college kids we have procrastinated planning the most important aspect of our trip - transportation. Does anyone have any transportation contacts they would be willing to hook us up with.
We need a ride from Santiago to Rancagua. Then we will need a 4x4 vehicle to get us from Rancagua to the Rio de los Cipresses Valley trailhead, located off of highway 267.
I know these directions are sort of vague. Everything looks a lot clearer on Google Earth. Anyhow, any information will be of great help to us.
If anyone knows anything about renting mules and donkeys in this area that would be great too. We have one guys name but have not been able to get in contact with him. Is that the kind of thing you need to make reservations with?
Thanks, Greg | FLAG |
