Description

Sitting across the valley from Doupianifels, Geierwand is a 500ft tower situated in front of the imposing walls of Kastrakiturm and Orgelpfeifenwand.

Getting There

Just past Doupianifels, the main road out of Kastraki makes a sharp right-hand turn. Park at or near this turn, aiming for a trail on the left side of the road which guides you into a meadow. Weave through the grasses with the south face of Geierwand looming directly in front of you.
