Description

The first route you encounter (left side) and a real shorty. Was bolted as a teaching route. Great for beginning leaders. Still, it's not a bad climb.

Like Christian said, this was bolted with absolute beginners in mind. It would be great for kids, too. Nothing spectacular. Super easy, super safe.

Also, has the distinction of being the easiest limestone route in the canyon.

Interesting rock and arete. You even get to climb to the top of a small tower. Nice and shady. What beginning climber could ask for anything more?

Great spot to get away and be by yourself.
