Description 

Excellent technical route up the steep arete on small holds leads to crux on balancy tiny holds. Hard to onsight. I broke a hold on TR.

Location 

Located at the Beach climbing area, just right of the slab/ramp and left of the chimney route "Dick van Dyke comes for Tea".

Protection 

Bolts, but run-out and 1st bolt high.
