Description Fresno has crack and face climbing past 4 bolts. This climb has been around for while, but just missed being in Randy's original guide, so it has remained " a sleeper " for all these years. It has have very few ascents.
Location Far left side of N. face of Snickers.
Protection small to med. cams, and QDs for the 4 bolts . I believe you need to set your own anchor.

Anyone know what the bolted line just to the right of the tree in the center of the picture goes at? We climbed it yesterday - super fun and powerful. The line goes up the overhanging juggy section and into the crack near the top, starting at the section about 2/3 of the way up the tree and just to the right of the tree on the flake that faces left. There was an old piton in the route, and new(ish) bolts; I believe 4. Not in the Miramontes guide book though..

Doesn't sound like Way of Life (big roof). Does it start the same as Way of Life and continue straight up to the crack?

| My bad - the picture does look like Way of Life. We were actually climbing all the way left on the snickers formation. It was the most left route I saw on the formation. Ends by topping out on the top of the formation and has a walk off to the climber's left. We climbed Way of Life also... This climb was overhanging and proceeded up and left through a roof, and then transitioned into a crack. I'll post a picture in a bit (when I get off work)

Wow, thats a cool-looking line! I was talking to someone this past weekend who also said they climbed this line (at least I think they were talking about the same line). They didn't know what it was named, but they suggested it could be in the .11+ range.

This route actually lies to the left of Fresno and Bakersfield, well to the left of the tree (not right) in the Fresno route photo posted by Todd.
