Start on the 2 drilled holds on the slightly overhanging face, get your feet on the wall then go for the top. This is a one move wonder but is pretty tough to get you feet on and go for it.
Try not to use the feet over the water way out to the right, but go with what you feel.
Right hand side of the first level, on a elevated step.
