FOUND - High Sierra pack with climbing gear - Salt Lake City (Sugarhouse)

My neighbor had a backpack thrown in her backyard from the alleyway behind her house. Inside this bag is someone's gear. There isn't any ID on the gear or pack. Female harness and shoes, etc. The police have been notified, however I am trying to use every outlet I can before I hand it over to them (they haven't received any report of missing climbing gear).
