DescriptionThe boulders located below Zeek's Wall in the forest above the clear cut. The area can be divided into the West, Middle and East Forest. To access the west area turn left at the major fork and park in the west parking area. To access the East Forest turn right at the major fork and park in the east parking area. The boulders are generally smaller than those found in the clear cut. The boulders can get very mossy so bring some brushes. In the summer the mosquitoes can be vicious. Getting ThereTake Hwy. 2 East to Gold Bar. After you pass Gold Bar take a left on Reiter Rd. Follow Reiter Rd. At the 2.1 mile mark take a left onto a large gravel rd. Follow this road under the powerlines to a sharp right turn and head up the ridge. Stay on this gravel road. It will pass an orange gate and continue up the mountain. The road will switch back several times until you end up in a clear-cut with many prominent, large white boulders. The boulders are spread out over this clearing and up into the forest below the cliff. For a little easier way up try heading right after coming out of the cave along slopers. Then head up and finish as the original. The Lip has cooler moves but the slopers are super fun as well....[more] Browse More Classics in WA
