I'm visiting from NC for an art gig and would love to get out climbing. I follow trad 5.10+, got my basic gear with me. Coming from Denver, bless

Are people climbing the flatirons now?
It's kinda cold, but looks possible some 50 degree days are happening now.

You can find .10+ on flatirons but most stuff is lower.
You would have a lot more luck finding partners is you could lead and are looking for followers.

Nobody who is sane and right of mind is climbing the flats right now. One of the craziest FA's ever went down last year around this time on the east face of the second. Worth a watch. It'll put hair on your chest and make you question if pushing this hard is worth it.
