This is a fun climb! Link up with the second pitch of Advanced Geir to top out on this neat summit.

While Marcy was figuring out the gear on this climb and I was belaying from the big ledge at the end of the pitch, a family of four ringtails curiously watched from about 20 feet away! They stayed for about 5 minutes before they moved along. Unfortunately Marcy's camera was down with her, so we missed some really good photos.

Another cool climb to do while in the area. I think that the bolts were unnecessary, however.

Thanks Mark. We tried to keep the bolts to a minimum out there but sometimes wound up adding a bolt or two where we thought they might be needed. A couple of times we removed unnecessary bolts too.
