Description Suggest change

Superb, technical rock climbing on vertical rock. Fixin is a long band of limestone measuring from less than 10 all the way up to a little over 30m tall. There are well over 100 routes here ranging in difficulty from easy to insanely difficult. And with only a few exceptions of some of the classic routes, the rock is mostly unpolished.

Getting There Suggest change

Drive to the village of Fixin and stay on the road Rue Noisot past a small hotel "Chez Jeanette" on your left until you reach a large dirt parking area with picnic benches. Park here and walk up the trail which leads uphill in the same direction you were driving. It's a very gentle incline which leads you up to the far end of the crag in 15 minutes. From there you can work your way back and locate routes as you go.
The GPS coordinates point to the parking area.
