The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
SDS at a flake, set your feet and make one difficult move to gain the lip. Mantle over or for more fun traverse the lip for about 6 feet and then mantle over.
- This problem isn't listed in the Joshua Tree Bouldering Guide but is an obvious line with some good moves that's worth a go when in the area.
