This is confusing.. I was up at seal rock in the flatirons this morning.

The Camera is wrong, I was there. It was a fall from the top of the Bastille and the person was wearing tennis shoes not climbing shoes, and no climbing gear. I won't speculate on if the fall was an accident or intentional, but it was not someone climbing. The deceased was an approximately 45 year old male who was alone.

how'd they come up with seal rock anyway? everyone knows the bastille what a bizarre mistake.

my girlfriend and i passed two different people on the fowler trail around 450pm.. the one guy didnt say hi, was wearing tennis shoes, jeans, maybe an orange shirt, glasses?....

I was up in Eldo yesterday and saw some fire trucks, etc on the descent from Ruper around that time. They were there for a while and by the time I got back down to the road police and ambulances were there as well. There was a light at the top of the bastille. Didn't see much. Inquired and got a vague "not serious, still under investigation" answer so didn't pry. Understandable response.

Regardless of the circumstances, condolences to his family and friends. I hate when I hear about this sort of stuff happening.

Disregard anything about Seal Rock. Not close. Flatirons 101 class may be needed here.
