Description 

Start by matching hands on a big pinch, top out is to the right of the little tree at the top. Moss and leaves can make for a slippery top out. Climbing direct to the top out looks possible, maybe V7+?

Location 

To the north-east of the Indian etchings on Hospital Rock. Stay on the north side, just past the big cave about 20 feet.
