route directly across from "Fat Bottom Girl&q...

Description

Climb the west wall of Corvus Crack, from midway down the slot, on a variety of edges, pockets, and knobs. Pull the steep bulge at 2/3 height to the upper slab on pockets. Once established on the slab the action doesn't end, but the pockets became spaced and then the holds diminish, until you reach the giant inclusion.

Location

West face of Corvus Crack, which is the east face of the Tower of Babel.

Protection

6 bolts

This is a great route to do on a very hot, no wind day. Due to the narrow nature of the corridor, it can become a wind tunnel, but always shady. It is pumpy and sustained, but lots of fun. Across the wall is the easier Bald Headed Men to warm up on.

Tom....the route you're inquiring about is "Bald-Headed Men" (5.8), on the east wall of Corvus Crack. The route behind you in the photo is "Fat Bottom Girl" (510b), which is on the west wall.
