It is my noble duty as Bean Master to announce that Fall BeanFest 2013 will be held the weekend before Halloween (October 25-27) on the West side of the Cochise Stronghold! There are a few reasons for holding the fest on this date. The biggest one being that UofA and NAU both have away football games that weekend, the second being that it does make for a great Halloween costume party.

If anyone would like to be the games organizer (I’m really not good at playing games), either continue the thread or contact me directly at climber@donaldstump.com.

I will be there on Thursday, Oct. 24th; to get some climbing on, but as most veteran Beanfesters know the really party doesn’t start until Fri/Sat night.

See you 2013 Fall BeanFest!

I'm mostly using facebook for the planning of the event because it can keep track of who is coming and it gives me messages at work, on my phone, and I can access the site easily. But, as we well know, not everyone uses facebook, so here an update of the event.

We have a lot of prizes for the games. Still waiting on the community to chime in on what they are bringing for the potluck, but it's still a few weeks away.

The beer this year is going to be the “Red Cat Amber” from Barrio!!!

I'm taking T-shirt orders until Sunday if anyone wants one (Photo). If you want one e-mail me (climber@donaldstump.com) size, style, and color by Sunday night.
