Oh man, I wish I could be going back to Ecuador, have a blast! Cotopaxi should be a great climb that time of year, but it will be crowded. If you get bored, hit up Papagayo for some filler fun, and say hello to Eran for me. La Boca del Lobo in Quito has great food.
