I have been noticing a lot of entries lately for projects, some that have barely seen any of the moves done. Sometimes it makes sense to enter a project; either a route with fixed gear that has been opened up for anyone to try, or to eliminate confusion with other routes. Very occasionally, even a project without fixed gear or a boulder problem may warrant mentioning if it is a recognized popular and classic problem that people throw themselves at. What I don't think is helpful is clogging up the database with a bunch of mediocre boulder problems that you have tried a few times or even just envisioned. Thoughts?
Why not. But maybe have some built in deprecation so that if it doesn't get updated after a while it won't show up in search/area listing.
On a similar note, it would be nice if the route page can show everyone who has the route on his/her todo list. This really could help w/ partner finding for a particular project.

This shouldn't be a problem in New England, Mark. All doable projects are someone's secret and the projects on MP are the ones that are waiting for Dave Graham to return home to send...
