Description Despite the long approach and the route’s short height, Edge-u-cation is one of the most unique and best climbs at Franklin. For slab lovers a must do. Follow narrow crack past first bolt then traverse right and move up slab on good crimps to anchors above.
Location Main Area: Upper Tier – Right Side: Extreme right end of wall, uphill from Rock Your World. Start at base of large boulder and climb beautiful orange colored slab.
Protection Sport: 3 bolts/anchors

| Actually, the route is "Edge-U-Cate", and the area is the end of the Impact Zone. Coming soon: a guidebook that was actually written by someone who put up routes and built trails at Franklin, as well as being written with the landowners' knowledge and consent, something NO OTHER guidebook can claim... even the one written by the famous guy... Stay tuned for more... |
