Tons! Simply look under the Bay Area, San Francisco, California destination. 5 minutes should provide you with dozens of problems in your range.

I'm partial to Indian and Mortar Rocks in Berkeley. Lots of (sandbagged) stuff in the sub-V4 range and only a BART ride away, my guess is you aren't into difficult approaches :P
