Hi I have been climbing for 8 years or so and I am safe, and competent. I am looking for a steady saturday climbing partner for dacks gunks, and whereever! I will teach someone who is willing to learn. Climbing is my passion and I am going crazy not having anyone to climb with. I am new to the area from CO, and I dont know anyone. Had a partner but he moved away, now I am back to square one.

If you want to meet up at Electric City Rock Gym one weekday evening, and then hit the Gunks the subsequent Saturday, I'd be up for that. I'm gone this week, but possibly next week. (By possibly I mean weather-dependant.) PM me if that'll work.

Since the Gunks have stiff ratings, I'm comfortable on lead up to the 5.7+ range, but lead .10's in a gym. Full rack, rope and car.

Seems hot in the gunks today! Just got the message today, Saturday. Dont have the internet at home so only get to it every so often. Will be at electric city on Tuesday. Call me or meet me there?

I'm there on most Tuesdays. Many of the climbers who are at E-City on Tuesday and Thursday night climb outdoors as well. Most of us are always on the prowl for new partners.
