Hey - I'm looking for climbing partners for this weekend, and also looking to develop a good partnership going forward.

For this weekend, looking to either follow climbs up to 5.8, or to swing leads. I can lead up to 5.5, but will want to do an easier route as my first lead since I haven't led in a while.

I will be in Camp Slime - with no car - and can meet you at the cliffs. Soory, I can't get a ride for you.

Also, I have my dog Teddy, who is a very good crag dog. I mention his being there because I understand not everyone wants a dog along.


For future - I am really in need of a climbing partner to swing leads with consistently. I haven't been on the sharp end enough and that's got to change this year. I get to the Gunks almost every weekend for the season, but on most Sundays, I do trail work. So - I am available for climbing primarily on Saturdays(and possibly extended from Fir-Mon as summer comes).

I am a very patient belayer and support my partner well, and expect the same in return. I'm competent, and am looking for a person similar. Fine if you are newish to leading, but I don't feel comfortable getting out with someone who is just starting out climbing.
