Getting There
From Canmore:
Drive up the Spray Lakes Road that cuts the valley between Ha Ling and Mt. Rundle. There are lots of signs in Canmore and you'll pass the Nordic Center as you gain elevation. Park at the Grassi Lakes pullout right at the waters edge where the dam is located. The EEOR climbers trail should be well worn and obvious from the road.
The Grassi Lakes sport climbs are just below the dam (5 minutes) and worth a stop.
