Description This is the right of the two routes around the corner from Insane Pilot (5.7). Climbing is on good edges with long pulls between. Well worth climbing.

I thought 'Going' was about the same difficulty as this route if not a little harder, but the length of 'Dunka dunk' makes it difficult and scary(in high winds at least).

This seems to be going against consensus, but I liked Dunka better than Dunka Dunk. Dunka Dunk has one less loose foothold after today, though.... There is some loose rock to watch for when topping out and when pulling the rope, so make sure your belayer isn't napping. (Probably good advice in general.) Both routes are fun!

Scott, I also think "Dunka" is a better climb mostly because it has better rock. "Dunka Dunk" has a bit more climbing and is a bit more sustained, but it has more choss!

Rating comes from not being about to use all the available "holds," so you have to spend a little extra time and energy searching for something that won't crumble in your hand. Wouldn't do this route again.

Well things seem to have cleaned up quite well. The route was very clean. Steep sustained straight forward climbing.
