Nice problem with big moves. Sit start with right hand on the jug around the corner and left hand on the obvious sloper. Top out in the dish on top.

Location 

East facing side of the boulder. Directly to the right of the walk-down stairs. You will ascend directly in the front of the memorial plaque.
