Area is generally full of brush, mossy, wet. Rock is sharp, slick, and breaks off. Landings are not good. There are several boulders up the hill so access is not great. Summer is not a great time to climb here. Also, the area does not dry well, so wait a few days after it rains before you try it. Fall or early spring is probably the best time to climb here. Not great climbing but it beats staying inside - I'll probably try it again in the fall.
