Challenging approach from Ice Lakes Trail involving a steep gravely scramble and a river crossing. The crossing is easy enough on some logs, but our dogs were not able to do it, and we wound up turning around.

Fording the creek below the logs can be easier on the hounds. My 13 yr old dog still cruises it.
