Anyone know whats up with all the millions of bugs along the shore of the lake shores were...They look like a hybrid mayfly/mosquito looking thing that doesn't bite.

Lake flies. Its an annual spring event. Some years are worse than others. This weekend was as bad as I've seen them. The they were so think on the south shore side walk it looked dark grey! Tough not to suck them in when running around the lake at this time of year...
