The steep boulder just west of the T.P. Boulder.

Getting There 

After reaching the the parking lot, hike south past the sentinel boulder and through the ravine. After reaching the top of the ravine continue south and then the valley opens up. You will see the T.P. Boulder right in front of you.

For the Moe's Valley area.
