Secret Service Snatch Test, 10 minutes using a 24 kg (53 lb) kettlebell.  Switch hands as often as you like, snatch must lock out overhead.  Total reps is your score, but you must still be working at the end of 10 minutes.  This is a brutal workout, as much about strength of will as strength of body.
