BETA PHOTO: Dave's crack. 5.7 direct face start, 5.6 the ramp ...

Description

Located in the center of the west face of Camp Rock just to the right of Target Practice (5.10b).

Start up a left-slanting ramp to access a short but splitter crack which is over far too quickly. A direct start (5.7) is possible via some face moves. Gear belay and easy downclimb to climber's right.

Protection

gear to 4"

Fun route! Gear to 2.5 inches doesn't quite do it for building a decent the anchor at the top, which is closer to 4".
