Phoenix South Mountain Park & Preserve MORE INFO >>>

Description

Sit start on far right crimp. The crimp is somewhat large but most climbers will have a hard time getting their butts off the ground. Stand up to large blocks in crack. Work up crimps to a sketchy top out. The tough parts are the very bottom and the very top. The middle section is just plain fun though!

Location

Right side of the entrance wall. This is the first wall you see walking up the wash from the main trail.

Protection

2 pads and a spotter. It is kinda tall and the top is crumbly. A fall from the top is high but it is onto flat ground.

Another of my FA and the line right of it; sit start to the right edge of the end of the flake above start. Finish straight up. Hard and scary. Not pictured.

Starting footholds may be under sand...

Super scary fall, but with two spotters and pads it's a safeish fall :].
