uh....crimps under a low roof lead to body tension moves then to a long reach out to the end of the roof, bump up, heel hook, mantle to the top.

Back breaker for me. I compressed on the roof then made a strange dyno to the jugs.

It helps to turn around, right hip facing out, match, then undercling your way out. This shouldn't be a back breaker, but just shoulder tension.
