Warning Access Issue: Tide dependent DetailsDrop down

Description Suggest change

The boulder is rough granite. Its well exposed on the beach. However when the tide is the boulder is not accessible as it is half covered with ten or more feet of water. Its about 25 feet tall and has a lot of climbs available on it. The only traffic you will see are people going by every now and then to go fishing or crabbing or some other red neck activity. But the traffic is usually very minimal and no one will stop and bother you most pass with a polite wave and a puzzled look as to what you may be doing.

Getting There Suggest change

Park at the day use parking, walk down to the beach and take a right heading north and its about half a mile walk. You can't miss it. Its kind of rust colored and it has a crescent moon shape in it.
