Description Shoot up the easy-angled face to the first pink bolt (up high) on the left side of the black streak. Follow 8 bolts up a contiuously vertical face and angle right to the chains. Nice, long warm-up. None of the guides I've seen have a name or FA information for this route.
Location On the left side, where the streambed touches the Orangutan Wall, climb the left side of the black streak. Metolius rap anchors.
Protection 8 pink bolts to a 2 bolt anchor (shared with route to the right).

| This was a nice fun line with plenty of good holds the entire way up. There is a short steeper-than-vertical section about 60 ft up, but it's not terribly difficult as long as you conserve energy on the rest of the route. Felt easy for a 5.10b, but it was a good long, rewarding climb. My favorite of the handful I did on this wall (Sep 22, 2010). |
