Description

A big, long highball flake with good holds the whole way. This problem provides the highball topout for the problem Sauce (V3), but is plenty fun on it's own. Grab hold and climb straight up, but keep your head, since the topout is high.

Watch out for an occasional snake on top.

Location

On the Hilltop Boulder (Hemlock Boulder), this is the crack visible from the Whip. When on top, the downclimb is straight ahead to the left, next to the top of Maxim.

Protection

Pads & spotter

For those sketched by the highball this a short but good gear lead, probably 5.8+ or 5.9.
A #13 stopper below the rail then 2 #3 bd's behind the flake- There were bees nesting up top yesterday.

How do you get down? We ended up down climbing cream.

Sage- there is a sketchy downclimb on the opposite side of the boulder. Its right next to the climb Maxim (V7). You have to be careful with it, though.
