Couple of rooms for rent in South Boulder home (varying prices) available 08/05

I live in a 5 bedroom house in S. Boulder. We have 3 people moving out at the end of July and are looking to fill the available rooms.

I'm a 23 y/o going back for my final year of undergrad at CU after a short hiatus and my roommate is 28 y/o CNA starting nursing school in the fall. We're both climbers and would love to fill the house with more climbers. He boulders, trad and sport climbs. I sport and trad climb but am interested in pursuing more alpine climbing in the upcoming seasons.

House comes equipped with all appliances. Pets are negotiable and we have a spacious backyard.

The house is <1 mi. from the Table Mesa Park n Ride and several bus routes run nearby. We're 15 minutes from BoCan and Eldo; 10 minutes from Chataqua by car. Bonus: 5 minute walk to the Southern Sun!
