The line you describe as "Sponge Worthy" was done by Ben Chapman and Pat Orris in April 2000 and named "Count Your Blessings" (5.9+).

Ben and Pat;...we did your climb as late-comers in 2002......good on ya...(5.9+...sandbaggers...)....

"Count Your Blessings" follows a line of discontinuous cracks and horizontals, at the left end of the Thin Wall. The line was done as a lead, not a TR. It's a solid Joshua Tree 5.9, not a sandbag.
