I'm heading down there soon. Do you know if there is any truth to the rumor that you need a guide this season?

ya technically you have needed a guide for years, altho its never inforced much... when you go to buy your park pass the will say you cant get one without a guide, and cant climb without a guide...but they alwazys end up selling one to me...i just claim im a guide in canada, list a bunch of climbs ive done...no worries...dont sweat it...its not like ecuador where now its nearly impossible to climb without...they search u for climbing gear...
