Me in a snowstorm en route to Rysy, highpoint of Poland, in the High Tatras.

Hi, I am looking for info on conditions in July in the Tien Shan (up to 5000 meters). I am specifically interested in the Terskey Alatau and At Bashi regions, but any info is greatly appreciated. How cold can I expect it to be at this time of year? Thanks.
